Mid-Semester Evaluation
- In the sixth week of the (spring/fall) semester, faculty members inform the University Registrar of any first and second semester degree-seeking students or provisional students that are performing below a C grade-level.
- The Registrar's office in turn provides the evaluation (policy 47-70) to the student and the student's adviser by the end of the eighth week of the semester.
Only full-semester resident instruction courses are included in this assessment program. Some faculty may choose to not provide the Registrar's office with student evaluations, students should not infer that they are performing at a level of "C" or higher if a course is not listed on their evaluation.
