Event Room Request

**Requests received from faculty or students will be deleted.**

Description:

This form is used to request a classroom for an event other than a scheduled course.

Processing Times:

  1. Evening event requests for spring and fall will be processed one month prior to the first day of classes.
  2. Daytime event requests for spring and fall will be processed after the completion of one full week of classes.
  3. Evening or daytime event requests for summer will be processed beginning April 1.

When to Submit:

  • Fall - June 1
  • Spring - November 1
  • Summer - March 1

Important Please Read:

  • Staff requires a minimum of 2 business days prior to the requested event date for processing.
  • Requests will be processed in the order they are received.
  • Processing time at the beginning of each semester could increase by several business days due to the the high volume of requests received.
