AMMG - Maintain University Credit Limit

Purpose

This screen is used to establish calculations of credit limits for the processing actions for graduate, undergraduate, and law students.

Screen Functions

View existing credit limits

  1. ACTN, defaults to S
  2. At SEM, enter the semester you with to view
  3. Press ENTER

Add a credit limit

  1. ACTN, defaults to S
  2. At SEM, enter the semester you wish to view
  3. Press ENTER
  4. At ACTN, enter A
  5. At CREDITS NORMALLY CARRIED, enter number of credits
  6. Press ENTER
    • New records can be cloned by using a previous semester as a model (ex: FA0000/FA0001).

Change existing credit limits

  1. ACTN, defaults to S
  2. At SEM, enter the semester you wish to view
  3. Press ENTER
  4. At ACTN, enter C
  5. At CREDITS NORMALLY CARRIED, enter number of credits
  6. Press ENTER

Delete existing credit limits

  1. ACTN, defaults to S
  2. At SEM, enter the semester you wish to view
  3. Press ENTER
  4. At ACTN, enter D
  5. Press ENTER
  6. Press PF12 to update

Additional Field Level Detail

ACTN
Identifies the function to be performed:
S - Search for record
A - Add credit limit
C - Change credit limit
D - Delete credit limit
