AMMP/AMIP - Maintain Scheduling Sequences
Purpose
This screen is used to
establish meeting sequences for courses and finals, which combine
begin and end times and day of the week, at a specific location. Each
campus Registrar will create this screen for their campus if they
intend to schedule courses into classrooms.

Screen Functions
- At SEM, enter either SP, SU, or FA
- At LOCATION, enter location
- At PERIOD, enter a period number
- Press ENTER
- At ACTN, enter A
- At SEM, enter either SP, SU, or FA
- At LOCATION, enter campus location
- At PERIOD, enter a period number
- At BEG TIME, enter begin time of period
- At END TIME, enter end time of period
- At TYPE, enter either S, D, T, or Q
- At VALID MEETING DAYS, enter meeting day or day combinations
- At STND, enter either Y or N to indicate if this is a standard
meeting sequence
- Press ENTER
- PF12 to update
- At SEM, enter either SP, SU, or FA
- At LOCATION, enter campus location
- At PERIOD, enter a period number
- Press ENTER
- At SEM, enter either SP, SU, or FA
- At LOCATION, enter campus location
- At PERIOD, enter a period number
- Press ENTER
- At ACTN, enter C
- Make all necessary changes to field(s)
- Press ENTER
- PF12 to update
- At SEM, enter either SP, SU, or FA
- At LOCATION, enter campus location
- At PERIOD, enter a period number
- Press ENTER
- At ACTN, enter D
- Press ENTER
- PF12 to update
Additional Field Level Detail

- Identifies the function
to be performed:
- A - Add/create original record
- C - Change an existing record
- D - Delete entire record
- S - Skip to an existing record

| TYPE |
- Indicates if period
is:
- S - single (one 50-minute or 75-minute periods)
- D - double (two consecutive 50-minute periods)
- T - triple (three consecutive 50-minute periods)
- Q - quad (four consecutive 50-minute periods)
