
ARICI - Early Progress Report
Purpose
This screen provides a way to determine if an early progress report is required for a given course/section and to provide the early progress report status for a given course/section. ISIS procedure SRRP366 captures the population of students and courses to be reported.

Screen Functions
Determine if an early progress report is required for a given course/section
If schedule number is known:
- At ACTN, enter S
- At SCHED NO, enter schedule number
- Press ENTER
If schedule number is not known:
- At SEM, enter semester
- At LOC, enter campus location
- At COURSE, enter course abbreviation and number
- At SECT, enter section number of course
- Press ENTER

| COURSE | Course abbreviation and number (CCRSEABB) |
| SECT | Course section number (ex: 001) |
| SCHED NO | Unique number identifying a section for a specific semester/location. |
| TITLE | Title of the course/section |
| INSTRUCTORS | Instructor(s) of the course/section |
| EVALUATION INDICATOR | Indicates that this course/section has students who need to be evaluated for the early progress reporting. |

| DATE LAST UPDATED | The date the status was last updated. |
| EVALUATIONS EXPECTED | Number of student early progress reporting evaluations expected for the course/section. |
| EVALUATIONS COMPLETED | Number of student early progress reporting evaluations recorded for the course/section. (Note: This count may not match the Eval Expected if a student cancels, drops or withdraws from the course before the evaluation occurs.) |

| DATE EMAIL SENT | Date the initial early progress reporting e-mail notification was sent (mm/dd/yyyy). |
