ARUCG - Apply Grades
Purpose
This screen is used to apply grades directly to file-enroll for all students in a given course from the grade scan form or grade scan form facsimile produced from ARICL.

Screen Functions
Post grades
- At SHEET NO, enter number assigned to form
- Press ENTER, a second screen will appear with grade fields
- At GRADE FIELDS, enter the count of each grade, found on the summary grade scan sheet
- Press ENTER, a third screen will appear with student names and identification numbers
- At GRADE, enter grade assigned to each student
- Press ENTER
- Press PF12 to complete
- Note:
- System will review the grades entered and compare with the summary count. This screen can only be updated one time for each course.
