ARUCG - Apply Grades

Purpose

This screen is used to apply grades directly to file-enroll for all students in a given course from the grade scan form or grade scan form facsimile produced from ARICL.

Screen Functions

Post grades

  1. At SHEET NO, enter number assigned to form
  2. Press ENTER, a second screen will appear with grade fields
  3. At GRADE FIELDS, enter the count of each grade, found on the summary grade scan sheet
  4. Press ENTER, a third screen will appear with student names and identification numbers
  5. At GRADE, enter grade assigned to each student
  6. Press ENTER
  7. Press PF12 to complete
Note:
System will review the grades entered and compare with the summary count. This screen can only be updated one time for each course.
