ARURG - Registrar Drop, Add or Section Changes
Purpose
This screen is used to enroll students into courses or drop students from courses and
to print a copy of a student's schedule. This screen can also be
used to set a grade action indicator when a student wants to schedule
a course for audit, satisfactory/unsatisfactory or when a student
has been accused of dishonesty.

- At STUDENT ID, enter
student identification number
- At SEM, enter semester
you wish to view
- Press ENTER
- At STUDENT ID, enter
student identification number
- At SEM, enter semester
you wish to view
- Press ENTER
- At ACT, enter A
- At SCHED NUMB, enter
the requested schedule number
- Press ENTER
- 'Complete Schedule'
message will appear, press PF12 to update.
- If course is full, press
PF9 for alternate section scheduling.
- Notes:
- Certain conditions
may be overridden by entering Y in the OVR field. (ex: if course
is full).
- Before overriding
a course be sure it does not cause a time conflict.
- Any course added late,
will be charged a late fee.

- Enter D in the ACT field
beside the course you wish to drop
- Press ENTER
- 'Complete Schedule'
message will appear, press PF12 to update
- Notes:
- Courses marked with
dishonesty, indicated with a Y in the ACT field on the right side
of screen can not be dropped.
- If the student only
has one course, the student must withdrawal.
- Any course dropped
late, will be charged a late fee and LATE DROP CREDITS.
- At STUDENT ID, enter
student identification number
- At SEM, enter semester
you wish to view
- Press ENTER
- Tab to the first blank
line and enter a C in the ACT field
- Enter the schedule number
of the new section in the SCHED NUMB field
- Press ENTER
- 'Complete Schedule'
message will appear, press PF12 to update
- Notes:
- The original section
will be recorded as SOUT.
- New section will be
recorded as REGSIN.
- At STUDENT ID, enter
student identification number
- At SEM, enter semester
you wish to view
- Press ENTER
- Enter a P in the ACT
field beside the course you wish to cancel
- Press ENTER
- 'Complete Schedule'
message will appear, press PF12 to update
- At STUDENT ID, enter
student identification number
- At SEM, enter semester
you wish to view
- Press ENTER
- PF11 to print schedule
- Note:
- If there is no default
printer ID, enter Y in the HC field and a printer number in the
PRNT field, press PF11.
- At STUDENT ID, enter
student identification number
- At SEM, enter semester
you wish to view
- Press ENTER
- Tab to the ACT field
at the right of the course, enter an 'Indicator'
- Press ENTER
