ARUSEG - Enrollment File Change

Purpose

This screen is used to make changes to the current enrollment file that cannot be made by the routine registration and grade collection systems.

Update status

  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At ID, enter student identification number
  3. Press ENTER
  4. At ACTN, enter C
  5. At STATUS, enter correct status required
  6. Press ENTER
  7. PF12

Update credits

  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At ID, enter student identification number
  3. Press ENTER
  4. At ACTN, enter C
  5. At CRED, enter correct credits required
  6. Press ENTER
  7. PF12

ACTN
Identifies the function to be performed:
S - Display record
C - Change/correct information
ID Student's identification number
SEM Semester (ex: FAXX)
STATUS Student's enrollment status for the semester
NAME Student's name
CAMP Campus location (CLOCN or CCRSELOC)
COLL College (CCOLL)
MAJOR Major (CDEPT)
LVL Option (CMAJROPT)
SEM CLS Semester classification (CCLASYTM)
APPR GRAD
Indicated the students approval to graduate:
Y - Approved for graduation
N - Graduation approval rescinded
Blank - No approval action
LATE ALLOW Late drop credits limit
DROP REM Late drop credits remaining

Course status SCHED - Course scheduled:
SCHADD - Schedule courses
REGADV - Advanced registered and bill paid
REGADD - Added courses
REGIST - Registered
DROP - Early dropped courses
LDROP - Late dropped courses
REGSIN - Section transfer into
SOUT - Sectioned out of course
CANADM - Registration cancelled
CANCRS - Course cancelled
