ARUSNA - Non-Credit Transcript File Update

Purpose

This screen is to allow the office of the University Registrar to make course additions and corrections to the student's non-credit transcript.

Screen Functions

View Non Credit Transcript File

  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At STUDENT ID, enter student's identification number
  3. At SEM, enter semester in which to view
  4. Press ENTER

Add New Transcript Information

  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At STUDENT ID, enter student's identification number
  3. At SEM, enter the appropriate semester
  4. Press ENTER
  5. At ACTN, enter A
  6. At COURSE STATUS, enter REGIST
  7. At COURSE ABBREV, enter the course abbreviation
  8. At NUMB, enter the course number
  9. At SECT, enter the course section
  10. At UNITS, enter the number of UNITS
  11. At PROV/LOC, enter the location of the course
  12. At DEL, enter the administrative unit or delivery of course
  13. At GRADE, enter the appropriate grade
  14. Press ENTER

Change Transcript Information

  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At STUDENT ID, enter student's identification number
  3. At SEM, enter the semester you wish to change
  4. Press ENTER
  5. At ACTN, enter C
  6. At COURSE STATUS, enter one of the following codes (CANADM, DROP)
  7. Press ENTER
    or
  8. At GRADE, enter appropriate grade
  9. Press ENTER

ACTN
Identifies the function to be performed:
S - Search for student entered
A - Add new transcript information
C - Change/correct transcript information
STUDENT ID Student's identification number
SEM Semester (ex: FAxx)
NAME Student's name
LAST UPDATE Userid and date pertaining to last update
COURSE STATUS
Identifies the status of enrollment for course:
REGIST - Registered
CANADM - Course Canceled
DROP - Course Dropped
COURSE ABBREV Course (CCRSEABB)
NUMB Course number
SECT Section number of course
UNITS
Number of units a student has enrolled:
One UNIT - 10 hours
UNIT value followed by T = 16 hours
PROV/LOC Provider or unit offering the course and the specific location
DEL
Identifies the administrative units of the course offering:
Delivery S - Course CLOCCWC
Delivery H - Course CLOCHRSH
Delivery A - Course CLOCCAL
Delivery X - Course CLOCCFCT
Delivery E - Course CLOCCED
Delivery D - Course CLOCILRN
GRADE Grade student earned
FMR GRADE Former grade, if grade was changed
DATE Date course was graded or changed
