ARUSPG - Print Grade Mailer Request

Purpose

This screen is used when a student requests a copy of their semester grade report of credit courses to be mailed to their home address. This indicator can only be set for the current semester. Updates are allowed between the beginning of the current semester and one week after the last day of finals. The grade report is mailed out once the student has been grade reported.

Screen Functions

View if grade mailer has been requested

  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At ID, enter student's identification number
  3. At SEM, enter the semester (automatically defaults to current semester)
  4. Press ENTER

Add a request

  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At ID, enter student's identification number
  3. At SEM, enter the semester (automatically defaults to current semester)
  4. Press ENTER
  5. At ACTN, enter C
  6. At PRINT GRADE MAILER INDC, enter X
  7. Press ENTER, to update

Note:
PERMANENT RESIDENCE will display the current permanent residence listed on ARUSPA. Make any necessary changes to the address, if needed.

X - Print grade mailer
Blank - No request made
PERMANENT RESIDENCE
Identifies student's current permanet residence:
ST1 - street one address (required if address given)
ST2 - street two address (not required)
CITY - city
STATE - state
ZIP - zip code
TELE - telephone number
COUNTRY - country
COUNTY - county
