ARUSTG - Transcript File Change

Purpose

This screen is used to provide a means of performing course and grade maintenance for work that has been moved to the transcript file and to provide a means of adding credit by exam and placement credit work to a student's record for a past or in-progress semester. ARUSTG updates course data on file-transcript only. It is also used to maintain the academic drop indicator on the student semester file as well as student status and level. Courses can only be added after a semester has ended except for credit by exam and placement courses which can be added to an in-progress or completed semester. This screen also used to maintain the late drop credits.
