ARUSTH - Medical Transcript Messages

Purpose

This screen is used to add, change, or delete messages from the student transcript.

View a Record Message
  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At ID, enter student's identification number
  3. At SEM, enter semester to be viewed
  4. Press ENTER
Add a Record Message
  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At ID, enter student's identification number
  3. At SEM, enter the semester where the message is to be added
  4. Press ENTER
  5. At ACTN, enter C
  6. At ACT, enter A for the message that is to be added
  7. Press ENTER

NOTE: If last message (#5) is selected, course(s) must be added

Change a Record Message
Important Note: C (change) is valid only for the last message (#5)
  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At ID, enter student's identification number
  3. At SEM, enter the semester where message is to be changed
  4. Press ENTER
  5. At ACTN, enter C
  6. At ACT, enter C, and make changes to the course(s)
  7. Press ENTER
Delete a Record Message
  1. At ACTN, enter S
  2. At ID, enter student's identification number
  3. At SEM, enter semester where message will be deleted
  4. Press ENTER
  5. At ACTN, enter C
  6. At ACT, enter D for message that will be deleted
  7. Press ENTER

SEM Enter the semester where the message you are entering should display.
NAME Student's name

Message that will be placed on the student's transcript
Blank - Message not on transcript
X - Message on transcript
LAST MESSAGE Blank Fields - No course(s) for message
