ERUSDH Overview

  1. There are nine exception types available to you.

    The available codes are:
AD Add Course to Course List
CC Course/Credit Waiver
CP Course for Non-Course
CS Course Substitution
DE Delete Course from Course List
DL Delete Course from Course Range
EX Exchange Course on Course List
HW Credit Waiver
RC Requirement Completed
 
  1. You can view, change, delete or add new exceptions using screen ERUSDH on the eISIS application.

  2. All updates to a student's exception record are entered by the college/department offices via screen ERUSDH. The Registrar's Office has additional capabilities to test new exception activities and to assist in solving difficult exception problems.

  3. Security restrictions only permit update capability on ERUSDH to those authorized for specific colleges and departments. Exceptions can be entered by those authorized for a student's major(s) and minor(s).

  4. All exception types (including CS), are applicable only within the program where the exception was applied.
    Unless the "Remove degree/major restriction" box is checked.

  5. Exceptions entered prior to the ISIS-To-eISIS conversion can be viewed, modified or deleted using ERUSDH.

  6. ERUSDH provides a summary list of the exceptions entered for the student. This summary is not displayed on the audit. Exception messages are displayed on the audit in the requirement where the exception is being applied.
