ERUSDH - Enter a New Exception

Step 1: Login to the eISIS Web site (see "Login to eISIS" instructions).

Step 2: Select the ERUSDH link in the left-frame menu.

Step3: Fill in the following fields:

• PSU ID - enter the PSU ID number of the student.
• Semester - enter the current semester (if the semester field is left blank, it will default to the current semester).

Step 4: Select "Go."

• The student's name, degree level and campus appear under the PSU ID number.
• The student's program information also displays.

Step 5: Select the radio button next to the program where you want to enter an exception.

Step 6: Select "Add New Exception."

Step 7: Choose the exception code (CS, CP, EX, etc.) from drop down box.

Step 8: Select "Add Exception."

Step 9: Go to instructions on how to enter specific exception types.
