Course for Non-Specified Course Substitution (CP)

This action allows a course that a student has taken to substitute for a course from a list of acceptable choices without specifying a particular course. Think of this substitution type as adding a course to a particular area (or title) and not a direct course-for-course substitution. When using the CP code, the audit will only take one occurrence of a course if the student has taken a course more than once. This is different from an AD code, which will take all occurrences of a course up to the subrequirement credit limit.
