Transcript Orders - Office Closed for Winter Break

The Pennsylvania State University will be closed beginning 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Dec. 21 for Winter Break and will reopen at 8:00 a.m. (EST) on Jan. 2, 2019. Transcript ordering service will be unavailable during this time. In preparation of Winter Break, Transcript Ordering and Processing will be shut down at Noon (EST) on Dec. 21, and we will work to fulfil any orders that are submitted before the shutdown time. We will not accept any orders after 12:00 p.m. on Dec. 21. Transcript ordering will come back online when the university reopens at 8:00 a.m. (EST) on Jan. 2, 2019.

Fall 2018 Graduates: Transcripts will not reflect degrees awarded in the Fall 2018 semester until Jan. 11, 2019. Wait until Jan. 11 to place your transcript order, and select "Now" as your processing time.
