ARICR - Grade Roster

Purpose

This screen provides 1) a way to determine if a grade roster has been produced for a given course/section, 2) to provide the control numbers for each page of the grade roster, and 3) to print a copy of the grade roster. The control numbers are required for grade entry via ARUCF and eLion. Grade rosters are available immediately after the course end date.

Screen Functions

Determine if a grade roster has been produced and identify control numbers

  1. At SEM, enter semester
  2. At LOC, enter campus location
  3. At COURSE, enter course abbreviation and number
  4. At SECT, enter section number of course
  5. Press ENTER

Print grade roster

  1. At SEM, enter semester
  2. At LOC, enter campus location
  3. At COURSE, enter course abbreviation and number
  4. At SECT, enter section number of course
  5. At PRINT ID, if no default printer ID is displayed, enter an ISIS printer ID
  6. Press ENTER
  7. Press PF11

SECT Course section number (ex: 001)
TITLE Title of the course/section
PRINT ID Printer where grade roster will be printed (ex: 1234)
INSTRUCTOR(S) Instructor(s) of the course/section
COURSE END DATE Course/section end date (MM/DD/YYYY)
CONTROL NUMBERS Beginning and ending numbers assigned to grade roster generated for the course/section (If no numbers are displayed, grade roster was not generated for this course yet.)
DATE ASSIGNED Date the control numbers were assigned to the course/section (MM/DD/YYYY)
EMAIL NOTIFICATION Indicates that email reminder was sent to instructor(s), department, or registrar when grade roster has been generated and ready for grading. Notation will be INSTRUCTOR, DEPARTMENT, or REGISTRAR.
LAST ACTIVITY DATE Last date grades were assigned for the course/section (MM/DD/YYYY)
EXPECTED GRADES Number of grades expected for the course/section
GRADES RECEIVED Number of grades recorded for the course/section
