The Office of the University Registrar will be closed on Monday, January 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will reopen at 8:00 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

Late Registration

All registrations processed after the add period are considered late registrations. The following conditions will apply to students registering late:

  • Instructor approval is required.
  • A late registration fee of $250 will be charged.
  • A semester bill must be filed with the Bursar's office. Students may be asked to pay before courses are scheduled.
  • All drop/add rules and dates apply for the remainder of the semester.
  • Students attempting to register after the last day of classes for the semester will be directed to complete the Retroactive Registration process.

Process to Complete Late Registration:

  1. Obtain the Class Number from the Schedule of Courses.
  2. For courses at University Park, contact the department offering the course. For courses at non-University Park locations, contact the appropriate campus registrar's office.
