ARUCF - Grade Entry

Purpose

This screen is used to enter grades directly to the enrollment file for all students in a given course/section.

Note: This screen can only be updated one time for each course/section. Further updates must be made by the instructor using eLion or the Grade Change Authorization form.

Screen Functions

Enter grades

  1. At CONTROL NUMBER, enter control number assigned to grade roster
  2. Press ENTER
  3. At GRADE, enter grade assigned to each student
  4. Press PF8 to continue, if "continue with PF8" appears on screen
  5. Review the number of grades assigned for each grade symbol
  6. Press PF12 to update

Additional Field Level Detail

CONTROL NUMBER Number assigned to grade roster for up to 36 students of the course/section
SEM

Semester course/section is offered (ex: FAXXXX)
LOC Location of course/section (CLOCN or CCRSELOC)
CRSE Name and number of course (CCRSEABB)
SECT Section number of course (ex: 001)
STANDARD ALLOWABLE GRADES Allowable grades for the course/section
STUDENT NAME Student's name
ID Student's identification number
GRADE Grade
ALLOWABLE GRADES Allowable grades for that student
GRADE ROSTER Number of grades expected for the grade roster (one control number)
GRADES ASSIGNED Number of grades assigned for the grade roster (one control number)

Function Keys

ENTER Brings up record, invokes all edits
PF1 Help
PF2 Exit to main menu
PF3 Exit to ISIS main menu
PF4 Exit to AIS main menu
PF7 Pages backward
PF8 Pages forward
PF12 Updates
