If you would like to re-enroll to resume your degree program, please complete the Undergraduate Re-enrollment Form.

Undergraduate Re-enrollment Form -- Graduating ONLY, not enrolling in classes

If you are planning to graduate during the current semester and will not be taking classes, please complete the Undergraduate Re-enrollment Form for Graduation. Please note, you must contact your college dean's office at least one month before the end of classes to be certain you have fulfilled all the requirements and to be added to the graduation list.
