Hello,
I just want to remind you that if you are indicating that you would like our office to find you a room by using the NONSTANDRD facility ID, please go to the Enrollment Cntrl tab in Maintain Schedule of Classes and change the Requested Room Capacity to the smallest room you can handle. For example, if your class is going to change to the CM instruction mode and half of your 24 seat class is going to meet on Tuesday and the other half of the class is going to meet on Thursday, you would change the requested room capacity to 12. For a 24-seat class that is going to be split into thirds for a MWF class, you would change your requested room capacity to 8.
Some of the requested room capacities I'm currently seeing on these classes that are asking us to find a room are too high. We don't even have a facility that will hold all of the students. Remember that our largest classroom will only hold 135 students so if you leave your requested room capacity as something over 135, I don't have a room for you.
Attached is the updated version of the GPC capacities. Anything in blue has been updated since yesterday. All of these numbers are reflected in 25Live. FYI, you can't sort this document because of all the breaks we have in it.
