Spring 2021 Update

Good afternoon,

Tonight we will be updating the Spring 2021 academic calendar in LionPATH and running a process to update the regular session and first seven week start date, drop/add dates, and late drop dates. We ask that you not update any classes for any semester after 5pm tonight so the process can run. You will be able to go back in as normal tomorrow morning. Here is a timeline of what we will be doing over the next couple weeks:

10/13 - late afternoon - will be changing the academic calendar to the new dates in LionPATH
10/13 - evening - will start running the modification to change all regular session course dates and 7WK1 course dates - this will continue overnight
10/13 - evening - will start to change student records - dates associated with change of campus, LOAs, Return LOAs, and RADMs
10/14 - will do any cleanup to classes where the dates did not change
10/14 - will continue to change student record dates
10/15 - SOC will publish
10/16 - deadline to finish swapping classrooms and adding the "NONSTANDRD" facility ID to any classes that still need a room
10/19 - Discontinuation of students who are not enrolled in fall classes, priority registration set, and process return from temporary change of campus
10/20 - Term Activation, add BFR service indicators, Enrollment Appointments, and kick off SAG process
10/22 - Shopping carts open for SP21
10/29 - Priority registration begins
11/2 - Regular registration begins
