Double Check Rooms for Fall 2020

Good morning!

To make sure our first week of classes isn't absolutely insane, how about you all check out your room assignments in LionPATH and CollegeNET and make sure they match?

To do this, I would suggest using the PE_SR_CLASS_TERM_SUBJECT query in LionPATH and then look up your classes in CollegeNET by following the attached directions (25Live Pro Event Search Directions). This will bring up all your classes in CollegeNET and you will be able to see the Facility ID that has been assigned to your class in the Locations column.

What I need you to do is make sure that what is in CollegeNET is what you are seeing in LionPATH. Whatever is in CollegeNET is correct and is what should be showing in LionPATH. If you do not see a room scheduled for your class in CollegeNET, you will need to search for one. Make sure your searches are set up correctly to only be pulling GPCs, I have attached instructions on how to set up your searches correctly. Also remember to check the social distancing capacity of the room. Attached are the social distancing capacities of our GPCs.
