The following forms and guidelines should be used to provide new or request updates to the content on program and college pages in the Undergraduate Bulletin that are not subject to the the curricular review process. For update requests, submission of these forms will be accepted during the Bulletin open edit period on or about March 1 - April 1 of each year. For newly approved programs, submission of these forms will be accepted once the program is officially approved by the University Faculty Senate.
All forms must be approved and submitted by the Associate Dean from the College (or the designated representative for the Associate Dean). Submissions from sources other than the Associate Dean (or the designated representative for the Associate Dean) will not be accepted.
The purpose of this form is to update content that currently appears on the College overview pages in the Undergraduate Bulletin.

The purpose of this form is to: 1) update existing non-curriculum-related content currently in the Undergraduate Bulletin for baccalaureate and associate degree programs or 2) gather new non-curriculum-related content for baccalaureate and associate degree programs for inclusion in the Undergraduate Bulletin. This content appears in the Bulletin along with the official, Senate-approved program description and requirements. Any changes to official program information, including the program description, must follow the official curricular approval process.
This form should only be completed and submitted by the program's originating college. Before submission, originating colleges are asked to confer on the content with colleagues from campuses and colleges that share the curriculum since this information will appear on their program page in the Undergraduate Bulletin as well.

The purpose of this form is to: 1) update existing advising and program contact information currently in the Undergraduate Bulletin for major, minor, and certificate programs or 2) gather new advising and program contact information for major, minor, and certificate programs for inclusion in the Undergraduate Bulletin.
This form should be used by colleges offering a shared program (P-3 program) or by the program originating college if advising and program contact information is the only update needed on a program page .

The purpose of these forms is to: 1) update existing suggested academic plans currently in the Undergraduate Bulletin for baccalaureate and associate degree programs or 2) gather new suggested academic plans for baccalaureate and associate degree programs for inclusion in the Undergraduate Bulletin.
New suggested academic plans should be entered on the Suggested Academic Plan - New Plan Template Form. This form can also be used if there are significant updates that need to be made to an existing suggested academic plan.

Every college and program page contains an image that is representative of the college or program. Images submitted for use in the Undergraduate Bulletin must follow the guidelines outlined in the Image Submission Guidelines document below. Images that do not follow the technical specifications and brand guidelines may not be published in the Undergraduate Bulletin.
Every image submitted for publication must be accompanied by alternative text and confirmation that the unit has permission to use the image. This information should be submitted via the Image Alternative Text Tag Form below. Images without accompanying alternative text will not be included in the Undergraduate Bulletin.
Images for program pages should only be submitted by the program's originating college. Before submission, originating colleges are asked to confer on the image with colleagues from campuses and colleges that share the curriculum since this image will appear on their program page in the Undergraduate Bulletin as well.
