25LivePro is the official system to reserve rooms. The Office of the University Registrar will not recognize rooms assigned in LionPATH.
Step 1Go to 25LivePro and run your event class search. Remember to change the semester in your search.
You can also search for specific classes by typing the class into the event search in 25LivePro on the homepage or going to the Events tab.
Step 2Find a class that does not have a location assigned and click on it.
Step 3Click on the "Edit this Event" link to open the event (class).
Step 4Do not change any of the course information in 25LivePro, click the "Location" link in the left hand side table.
Step 5Choose which location search you would like to run by selecting the drop down box and click search.
Please note that if you have not set up searches please do so before attempting to assign classrooms.
You should also have the "Hide Conflicts" and “Enforce headcount� boxes checked.
Step 6Click on a room that has a blue "reserve" button next to the location, this will populate the room below with the dates it is being reserved for.
Step 7Click Save.
Step 8Wait 10 seconds for the facility to be updated in LionPATH, after which time you can check Maintain Schedule of Classes in the Meetings Tab to see the facility ID updated.
Room assignments should ALWAYS be checked in 25LivePro and not LionPATH. Why?
