How to Search for Courses

Courses can be found by doing an Event Search in 25Live Pro.

one Step 1

Click on the More button at the top right corner of the 25Live Pro page:

Select the Search option from the dropdown menu.

On the search page drop down the Select Object box and select Events.

On the Events Search page, select the advanced search option and then click on Add Criteria. From the menu select Event Types:

Under Event Types, click Edit and select Section-UP. Then click the Done button:

Click Add Criteria and select Categories.Then click Edit and check the appropriate criteria:

seven Step 7

Click Add Criteria and select Organizations and then Specific Organizations:

Select the edit button and then type in organization. Select options, the options that apply, and click the Done button:

At this point the search can be saved or select the search button at the bottom right corner:

ten Step 10

Scroll down after the Search button to view the generated list:

This search will bring back all the courses offered in the subject area you selected in Step 8 in the term you selected in Step 6, you can search for classes that do not have a rooms assigned.
